Prize Competitions and Giveaways

1). The Promoter is: Traid Music Group whose registered office is at Level 1, 530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. 

2). The "Competition" is open to residents of Australia and worldwide aged 18 years and over except employees of Traid Music Group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.

3). No entry fee or purchase necessary to enter into this Competition.

4). This Competition is solely run on Instagram and route to entering into the Competition and details of how to enter can be found on: https://instagram.com/traidmarc.tmg. 

5). The rules of the Competition are simple:

a). Follow @traidmarc.tmg Instagram profile;

b). Like the Competition post;

c). Share the post to your story on Instagram

d). Tag a friend in the comment (the Competition's post only)

6). Only one entry is permitted per person. Any person entering into this Competition multiple times will be automatically disqualified.

7). The Competition closes at 12 midnight on 12 July 2020. Any entries made after this date and time will be null and void.

8). By entering into this Competition, all entrants agrees to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Competition.

9). The Promoter and/or any of its agents denies any responsibility and will not be responsible or held liable for any entries not received or acknowledged under any circumstances.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the Competition at anytime without prejudice or any notice and shall not be held liable for any such amendments, alterations or any cancellation and all entrants agrees to be legally bound by any such decisions as the Promoter deems fit. 

11). The Promoter reserves the right to amend and/or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Competition (in any event) and shall not be held liable for any such amendments and/or alterations and all entrants by entering into the Competition agrees to be legally bound by any such amendments, alterations and decisions made by the Promoter without prejudice. 

12). The Promoter will endeavour to notify such changes to the entrants soon as it is practically possible and shall not be held responsible for any delays in making such notifications. The entrants agrees to accept and be legally bound by the timing and content of such notifications.

13). The Winner of the Competition goes home with a non transferable cash prize of $50,000AUD.

14). Traid Music Group will judge the Competition and all entries and identities will be verified by a sophisticated software and Winners will be chosen randomly from all complete entries via Instagram. 

15). Winners will be notified by email or DM (Direct Message) on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter on 13th July 2020.

16). If the Winner or Winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the $50,000AUD will be re-instated for another Competition and any new Winner will have the right to claim the $50,000AUD. The same conditions will apply if the new Winner cannot be contacted or no collection is made within 14days and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any unclaimed cash prize or held responsible for non contact and the entrants agrees by entering into the Competition to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Competition.

17). This Competition and it's Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Australia.

18). The Winner reserves the right to either agree or disagree with the use of his/her name and image in any material publications, as well as their entry. Where the Winner neither agrees or disagrees with the use of his or her name in sole relation to the Competition and publications, the Promoter shall reserve the right to make such publications as it relates to the Winner and such publications will be made available at the following address: www.traidmusicgroup.com.

19). Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [Australian] privacy and data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. This Competition is in no way sponsored or administered by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Traid Music Group and not to any other party.
